Mission Statement

Atlantic Engineering Group was founded in 1996 to serve municipalities, governmental agencies, and facilities-based competitive local exchange carriers (CLEC) in the emerging telecommunications market. Every project AEG has been involved with, since the firm’s inception, has been a competitive, fiber-based overbuild.

AEG offers a wide range of services designed to transform our client’s telecommunications vision into a successful reality. From project conception to completion, AEG provides design, engineering, outside plant construction, and technical services. AEG has considerable expertise in designing and building Headends, Metropolitan Access Networks (MANs), Hybrid Fiber-Coax (HFC), and Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) networks. Since 2000, AEG’s focus has been almost exclusively FTTH networks.
