Responsible for all day to day construction operations, work flow, quality control, contracts and purchasing, contract compliance, client satisfaction, budgets and personnel.

1998—2007 VICE PRESIDENT OF TECHNICAL SERVICES
Responsibilities include all corporate technical services; Headend design, construction and turn up; vendor compliance; materials testing; network testing; technical training; outside plant quality control; equipment evaluations; and operational flow.

1985 – 1998 CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS, MEDIA ONE ET AL.
Responsibilities included managing all technical aspects of over 950 miles of plant and 20,256 customers. Assuring all safety, construction, training and technical standards are met to FCC and company standards. Direct all systems testing. Supervising technical managers and staff to include all functions of system maintenance from Headend to hub and all fiber nodes. Launched one way cable modem services, two way cable modem service, and digital tier including launch of all new channels for Charter cable. Oversee fiber splicing, OTDR testing.

Managed Clayton and Fayette County Georgia cable systems for an estimated 60,000 subscribers. Coordinated plant upgrade from 300MHz to 450MHz including fiber overlay. Received seal of approval for outstanding customer service 1994 and 1995.
